Tardiness:
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse services / cancel your appointment and a $25 cancellation fee will apply. (per pet)
- Scheduled appointments have a 15 minute grace period to allow for unexpected traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full.
Cancellations:
- Please give at least 24 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cancellation fee.(per pet)
No Shows:
- Due to the nature of our business, If you make an appointment that you do not cancel and don’t show up for, a no show fee in the amount of your base price will apply (per pet). In addition to the fee, we will require a non refundable/ non transferable prepayment of any future appointments (including your no show fee) at the time of scheduling your next appointment.
- Any recurring appointments, or future bookings will be also cancelled in the event of a no-call/no-show. If you wish to keep your scheduled appointments, please call our salon within 72 hours of your missed appointment.
Late pick up
- We run our salon by appointment only. Please pick up your pet with in an hour of being called. Please let us know at the time of scheduling if you NEED to leave your pet all day, OR if there is any chance you can not be back by our closing time that day.
- In the event we do not hear from you or you do not pick up by our closing time, we will secure your pet, make him/her comfortable and watch them overnight. A $100 overnight fee will apply. (per pet)
- After 24 hours with no contact your pet will be considered abandoned and we will follow state protocol.
If you are unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us with in 48 hours. We will do our best to resolve any and all issues. We do not offer refunds do to the nature of our business
